We do however, need a bit of sweetener on occasion, for example to sweeten lemon aid, ice tea, coffee, whole grain cereal, oatmeal etc. We are going to narrow it down to the exercise factor. Symptoms can include fatigue glucoflow ,dizziness and frequent urination.Continued thirst is also a warning sign.
