Generally, the barite ore grinding plant commissioning is divided into no-load commissioning and load commissioning. 

The no-load commissioning of the barite ore grinding plant means idling without loading steel balls and ore materials. Generally, the idling time shall not be less than four hours. Normally, it needs to operate for 8-16 hours. 

The longer the test run, the better the running in of the main bearing and gear tooth surface the barite ore grinding plant is ready for commissioning, and the on-site no-load commissioning shall meet the following requirements. 

The lubrication of each lubrication point is normal and there is no oil leakage. 

The temperature of the main bearing of the mill shall not exceed 50 ℃. 

The mill operates stably, and the gear transmission has no abnormal noise.
